Debrief From the Election and Mutual Support

We may not know the outcome of the election on November 8.  The purpose of this guided discussion is to enable us as a supportive community to share thoughts and concerns in the face of possible uncertainty.  A previous talk focused on self-care during a politically fraught time.  This discussion will revisit and build on ideas for self-care and mutual support given both Covid-19 and the current political context.  We will consider positive steps for moving forward as a community and as a society.
